Cédric Cauderlier opens his laptop — and invites you to open yours — to test Markifact, Claude Cowork and a few others on concrete marketing briefs: agents that research a market, rewrite product pages, draft customer-service replies and ship finished work in minutes instead of days. Along the way, he shows where AI is entering companies today and why the shift from generative to agentic changes the game. The point: GenAI tells you what to do, agentic AI does it — and the marketing teams that grasp the difference will move first. This session is the appetizer to the two-day module Leveraging (Generative) AI in Marketing that Cédric will teach in November in the Executive Master in Digital Marketing and Sustainable Strategies at Solvay Brussels School, with the involvement of Philippe Buyle.
