L’OCDE estime que si le taux de participation des femmes à l’économie était identique à celui des hommes, le PIB augmenterait de 16% en 10 ans.
D’un point de vue micro économique, toutes les études prouvent que plus une entreprise est mixte à ses postes de décisions et plus la totalité de ses indicateurs de performance sont élevés. Plus les équipes sont mixtes et plus le personnel est heureux au travail et engagé.
Mais comment rendre une entreprise bilingue femmes/hommes ? Comment passer d’une culture respectueuse de la diversité à une culture inclusive ?
Pourquoi et comment les marques doivent-elles s’intéresser aux femmes qui représentent le plus grand marché au monde?
Quel est le rôle sociétal des “communicants” pour déconstruire les stéréotypes?

Isabella Lenarduzzi – JUMP

Founder and Managing Director of JUMP “Promoting gender equality, advancing the economy”, and Key opinion leaders in gender equality.

Isabella Lenarduzzi has been a social entrepreneur and an expert in communication and event organisation for 30 years. Her areas of interest include gender equality, employment, education, training, entrepreneurship, innovation and European public Affairs. Ms Lenarduzzi is the founder and managing director of JUMP, a leading social enterprise working with organisations and individuals to close the gap between women and men at work, to achieve sustainable corporate performance and to create a more equal society. She was a publisher of magazines and books targeted to students, she has been the organiser of a number of European events, including the European Student Fairs (1987–1994), the European Business Summit (2002–2006) and the European Commission Job Day Europe (2007–2012). She has won numerous awards, including the International Alliance for Women’s World of Difference award (2015) and EIGE’s “Women Inspiring Women” award (2012), as well as being named “Woman of the Year” at the 2014 Lobby Awards. In 2011 she was recognised as a “Femme d’Exception” by the Belgian Minister for Equal Opportunities.

Since 2013 Ms Lenarduzzi has been an Ashoka fellow. Ashoka fellows are leading social entrepreneurs who are recognised as having innovative solutions to social problems and the potential to change patterns across society.
