An evening with Jean-Paul Philippot

The management challenge, the digital challenge, the financial challenge … how do we manage these modern-day problematics?

How did Jean-Paul Philippot resolve the financial and identity crisis which threatened the very survival of RTBF in the early 2000s? He needed to completely restructure the public company, restore financial equilibrium, change the management structure and implement an investment plan which enabled the Belgian francophone television station to successfully negotiate the digital shift at the beginning of the new millennium.

The production of original radio and TV programmes is the principal mission of RTBF. Consequently, it was also necessary to recover both the television and radio audiences.
Head of a 2000 employee company with a budget of €300 million, Jean-Paul Philippot, who has always “preferred the complexity of change to the comfort of the status quo”, will divulge his recipe for success on 15 September at 5.30 p.m.

Limited number of 40 persons.
