Introduced on the Belgian market the first programs of media planning and space buying, the Media-Products Surveys concept, the audience studies of Outdoor media, the Audimeters for TV audience measurement, the Socio-Cultural Trends study.
Born in Liège in 1937. Graduated first in his class at ROYAL MILITARY ACADEMY (1958) Degrees in Psychology (ULG) and in Mathematics Applied to Management (ULB) / Postgraduate Certificate in Statistics (Institute of Statistics (ULB)). Managing Director of SOBEMAP – MARKETING (1969 – 1989).
President of INRA (International Research Associates) between 1989 and 2000. Consultant for development and application of research tools since then. Professor SOLVAY BUSINESS SCHOOL (ULB) (1976 – 2002).
Founder of BMMA in 1972 and President of this Association till 1991. Past President of ESOMAR and EMC (European Marketing Council) European countries.
Alessandro Papa

Alessandro is defined as a connector. He helps advertisers in converting their needs to actions, understanding their consumers and in concretely defining their objectives (demand side). He connects media solutions with creative approaches supported by data and technology (supply side). With more than 25 years of experience in media agencies, Alessandro has witnessed several waves of transformation in the marcom landscape. He has a critical and informed opinion on the current evolutions, on the global trends observed in Belgium and on the subsequent mutation of the industry.
Alessandro is now a consultant in management, transformation & change. He helps companies willing to accelerate their growth with a strong focus on sustainability.

Alain Mayné

Alain Mayné is a pragmatic strategic thinker. He has a broad experience in marketing & communication, design, creation and strategy. Alain has occupied various positions : from account manager at DDB and Marketing Manager at American Express, glass designer and CEO of Color of Glass(a start-up when the name was not even used),Qualitative Research Manager at Dedicated, New Business Development at Touring, until Strategic Planning Director at Hoet&Hoet Brandsetters. In his marketing career, Alain has always pursued the harmony between content and shape : strategy needs to be relevantly conceived and coherently executed : copy and design, sales and after sales needs to be efficient on all touchpoints. This personal quest has become part of his consulting practice as a strategic branding consultant.

Anne-Françoise Piette

Experienced Marketeer – Master Marketeer and Marketeer of the Year 2004. Anne-Françoise is recognised above all for her work on Eurostar, which she has managed in Belgium during 9 years (2002-2011) as Director Sales & Marketing: 9 years to create a commercial team, to double turnover and ms, to create a strong brand recognised by the market and especially by numerous awards (Grand Effie 2009, Grand Prix CCB, Campaign of the Year, Advertiser of the Year, etc.). Previously, Marketing Manager at Ericsson (1998-2001), Marketing Manager at Bacardi Martini (1997-1998) and Group Head at Bongrain (1991-1997).
Board Member of BMMA, member of a number of Judging Panels, such as Marketeer of the Year and the Effies Awards. Graduated from ICHEC (Economic and Financial Sciences) in 1988.
Now AF is Marketing, Communication & Business Development Director at UITP where she is responsible for the Worldwide strategy of this important association active in the Urban Mobility & Public Transport Sector.
Stephan Salberter

After 25 years of experience in strategy, branding and management, during which he led the Communication, Marketing and Sustainability departments of major financial institutions, he created Kersel in 2017 with the objective of supporting meaningful projects and brands. His expertise covers several areas: communication strategy, media, and advertising, change management and crisis communication, public relations, internal communication, events, and sponsorship. Today, he is the director of Campus 19 and the incubator We Are Founders and is also active in several startups related to tech (AI), fashion, and finance, and accompanies different brands in their marketing development in various sectors such as tech, education, culture, and corporate business.
Marc Isgour

Marc Isgour has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1991 and is a former member of the Bar Council. He specialises in communications, information and media law (audiovisual, advertising, IT and the Internet, as well as image rights, protection of privacy, civil and criminal liability). These are subjects that he has taught at ULg and UCL and is still teaching at ULB and IHECS. Marc Isgour also has particular expertise in intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, patents, designs and models) and new technology law. He is the author of numerous publications, including a reference work on image rights. Marc Isgour was a deputy member of the Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel’s (CSA) Advertising Board and subsequently of the CSA’s Advisory Board for five and a half years. He is currently a member of the CSA’s Authorisation and Control Board (from 2007 to 2011 and since 2019).
