This lunch is organised jointly by IAB by BAM and BMMA.
The Agentic Enterprise is here. Are you ready?
Before the web had a name, he was already explaining it on the radio. Before agencies went digital, he was building one. And now, Brice Le Blevennec is back with a new conviction: the future of organisations is Agentic — and it’s arriving faster than most leaders think.
For this new BMMA Lunch Talk, we are thrilled to welcome one of Belgium’s most iconic digital entrepreneurs to share his vision of the Agentic Enterprise — what it means, why it’s inevitable, and what it demands from leaders today.
Brice Le Blevennec Serial entrepreneur, futurist, founder of Emakina

Few people have surfed every wave of the digital revolution from the inside. Brice Le Blevennec is one of them. As early as 1991, he co-founded Ex Machina, one of Belgium’s first digital agencies, literally from a garage. In 1996, he launched CyberCafe21, a cult weekly radio show on Radio 21 (later a TV show on RTBF La Deux), that introduced a whole generation of Belgians to the internet age. He went on to co-found and lead Emakina Group — growing it from a 35-person startup into a pan-European digital powerhouse of 1,000+ experts, listed on Alternext, and ultimately acquired by EPAM Systems in 2021. Along the way, he co-founded ContactOffice (now Mailfence), mobile payment pioneer Tunz, and more recently Zoetrope, an AI-powered digital art experience.
Since stepping back from Emakina, Brice has been fully focused on one question: what does the next technological disruption look like — and how will it reshape organisations? His answer: the Agentic Enterprise.
The Agentic Enterprise — what’s the big idea?
Forget chatbots and copilots. Agentic AI systems don’t just answer questions — they plan, decide, execute and adapt autonomously to achieve complex goals. Gartner named agentic AI the #1 strategic technology trend for 2025, predicting that by 2028, one third of enterprise software will embed agentic capabilities, and 15% of day-to-day business decisions will be made without human intervention. Capgemini estimates the economic opportunity at $450 billion by that same horizon. The organisations that will win are those that redesign their processes, teams and culture around this paradigm shift — now.
Brice has made it his mission to help leaders understand what this shift really demands — beyond the hype.
The discussion will be moderated by Alain Heureux on behalf of IAB by BAM.
