BMMA Lunch – 13th of November

From the Field: Implementing a Marketing AI Project

The BMMA breakfast meetings are back after a break of three years.

With Nicolas Frerejean (GS1) and Cédric Cauderlier (Mountainview), we will discuss the steps that make (or break) an AI marketing project.
From the brief to the scope, from data to brand guidelines, to organization and adoption, we will review key decisions and trade-offs.
We will share concrete examples, the sticking points encountered, and what really unlocked progress.
The goal: to give you immediately usable benchmarks for your own initiatives.
